A country blessed with natural wonders, an abundance of wildlife, huge water bodies and vast open spaces and yet so unknown to most travellers. Here, in the warm heart of Africa, people live in peace and harmony. Almost half of them stay in towns and cities, most of them in Lusaka, one of the fastest growing towns in Africa.

Mosi-oa-Tunya – the smoke that thunders – describes the most awe-inspring and largest waterfall plummeting into a ravaged riverine. Breathtaking views of Victoria Falls can be explored on foot or in the air with many adventurous outings offered.

Livingstone is a marvellous old town with a tangible whiff of the past. Once being the capital followed by decades of neglect, it recently recast itself as Zambia’s tourism and adventure capital.
20 National Parks are dotted over the country and have substantial wildlife in diverse habitat. Some of them are open to neighbouring countries, allowing animals to re-use old migrating routes.

Lake Kariba is the largest man made dam providing considerable electric power to Zambia and Zimbabwe. Best to explore the spectacular views, stunning sunsets and the animal life is on a houseboat where travellers almost feel like cruising on an ocean.

We look forward to welcoming you to our unique country and to introduce you to more wonderful places.
